I brought in ESS to handle audio for an event with 800+ attendees in a challenging, oddly shaped room. My mission? Make sure everyone could see and hear the presentation perfectly — no easy feat when most of the audience was elderly, with a mix of hearing challenges and sound sensitivity.
Eddie and Angel absolutely nailed it. They designed and deployed a stellar sound system, ensuring crystal-clear audio and perfect coverage in every corner of the room — not a bad seat in the house. They were incredibly attentive to the client’s concerns throughout the event, adjusting as needed to keep everyone comfortable. And, of course, every playback cue was flawlessly executed.
